Business Policies

Payment Terms

A 50% down payment is required upon order confirmation or contract signing (applicable for bulk orders). The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full once the goods are ready for shipment and prior to dispatch.

Delivery Lead Time:

White Label (Full Order): 2 weeks after full payment is received.

After-Sales Service:

We provide product replacement for any defective items as part of our commitment to quality assurance and long-term business trust (terms & conditions apply).
